SINDHUDURG DCC BANK – MISSED CALL BANKING is a new service from the Bank which involves MISSED CALL FOR ACCOUNT Balance SMS by giving a Missed Call to 9212443824
SMS alerts Sindhudurg DCC Bank in an attempt to fulfill the ever rising needs of banks customers, has launched SMS alert facility for it's customers. Customer can receive ATM transactional message on his cell .
Bank has implemented SMS base system, however as many of the Customer are not comfortable with SMS base system, Missed Call System has been implemented which enables the Customer to just miss call to Banks designated mobile number and balance in the account is intimated to the customer by way of SMS and the service is becoming popular in the rural areas.
Registration Process:
It involves a onetime registration
This service can only be activated for the mobile number that is registered for a particular account with the Bank.
You can register for ‘MISSED CALL for Account Balance’ for both the accounts, for that you should have active SMS Registration with both account numbers.
Yes. If not done, visit your Home Branch and update your mobile number for that account.
MISSED CALL for Account Balance is now available only for SAVINGS accounts.
